We can easily accommodate up to 50 Guests for your Special
Event.

| How We Charge for Our Private Room |
| • If your event includes at least 20 Guests,
there is no charge for the room. |
| • For fewer than 20 Guests, the charge
is $25.00 times the additional Guests you would
need to total 20. |
Example 1: 16 Guest Event - (20 - 16 = 4 X $25.00
= $100.00 charge)
Example 2: 14 Guest Event - (20 - 14 = 6 X $25.00
= $150.00 charge) |
| • We have a 90% minimum Guest attendance
requirement when calculating payment. |

Our Food Service Offerings
Newport's provides two types of food service for events in
our Private Dining Room
"Package Menus" or "Regular Menu
Service"
|

| |
Our
Package Menus include a 2, 3, 4 or 5 course meal
and you may choose up to four different items for each course
from a variety of offerings. The items you select will be
presented to your Guests on a custom menu that can be personalized
with your Company Logo, or Specal Occasion Information of
your choosing. Our professional Wait Staff will take each
Guest's order, providing personal service that will add a
nice touch to your event. (Go

Our Regular
Menu Service allows your Guests to order from Newport's
Lunch Menu
or Dinner
Menu. As with our Package Menu service, our professional
Wait Staff will take each Guest's order, providing the finest
in personal service.

We hope
you will choose Newport's for your special event. After reviewing
our menu options, you can use the simple online form below
to reserve our room for either a Package Menu event or Regular
Menu Service event. If you choose to use one of the Package
Menus, you will also be able to select your menu items. After
submitting the form, you will receive an email detailing your
event and a copy of the menu you have chosen. You may make
any changes you want on our "change form". A link
to the form will be provided in the email. Once your changes
have been included, you will receive a confirmation email,
a final menu, and a quote which we will need you to "OK"
and return to us. That's all there is to it! |

Please
read the following policies and additional information regarding
the use of
Newport's Private Dining Room and our Special Event food services. |

All "Package
Menu" quotes include the cost of the meal,
coffee and tea, 8.25% sales tax, and service gratuity
of 20%. |
| •
|
The cost
of any additional food, non-alcoholic beverages,
sodas, juices or milk ordered by you or your Guests,
not included in the written confirmation, will
be added to the final bill along with 8.25% sales
tax and 20% gratuity. |
| •
|
The cost
of all alcoholic beverages ordered by you or your
Guests will be added to the final bill along with
20% gratuity. Per Texas state law, there is no
sales tax on alcoholic beverages. |
| •
|
We require
full payment either by cash, credit card or check
at the conclusion of the meal. If you will be
paying by check, please notify us in advance. |
| •
|
A credit
card or cash deposit is required to book the room.
A typical deposit for a lunch event is $150 and
for a dinner event, $250, but the amount may vary
depending on your event. |
| •
|
For "Package
Menus", if less than 90% of your confirmed
number of Guests attend, you will be charged the
per person package price for the number of "no
shows" required to equal our 90% minimum
Guest attendance requirement. |

|
For
"Regular Menu Service", we require a
credit card number in advance and if less than
90% of your confirmed number of guests attend,
you will be charged $25 per person for the number
of "no shows" needed to equal our 90%
minimum Guest attendance requirement. |

offers all fresh Seafood and Angus Beef served with pride
in a beautiful ambiance.
We also offer ample complimentary parking located directly
in front of the restaurant. |
